Governance Policy
Whistleblower protection.
People must be able to raise good-faith concerns about misconduct without fear of retaliation.
Reporting
Suspected fraud, legal violations, financial impropriety, serious policy breaches, or retaliation may be reported confidentially to the designated board or organizational contact. Reports should include available facts and may be made without proving wrongdoing in advance.
No retaliation
NAOIM prohibits retaliation against a person who makes a good-faith report or participates in a review. Knowingly false or malicious reports are not protected.
