Board oversight
An independent Board of Directors will oversee mission alignment, financial stewardship, major policies, executive accountability, and organizational integrity.
Advisory perspective
An Advisory Council will contribute expertise from journalism, broadcasting, publishing, technology, education, nonprofit leadership, community media, and related fields. Advisors provide guidance but do not exercise the fiduciary authority of directors.
