Refund Policy

Clear expectations for payments.

NAOIM will communicate the terms of membership dues, event fees, and other payments before collecting them.

Membership dues

Membership dues will generally be nonrefundable after membership is approved and activated, except when required by law or when NAOIM determines that an administrative error occurred.

Events and contributions

Event cancellation and transfer terms will be stated with each event. Charitable contributions, once accepted, are generally not refundable except for processing errors or other circumstances NAOIM determines appropriate.
